What does a Property Assessment & Report include

We attend the property, visually assess the agreed areas and document relevant observations through written notes and photographs. You receive a clear, considered report outlining what was visibly present at the time of assessment.

Is this a building or specialist inspection?

No. Our assessments are based on visible and reasonably accessible areas of the property. They do not replace building, structural, pest, electrical, plumbing, engineering, specialist mould or other professional inspections.


Can landlords, tenants and real estate professionals request a report?

Yes. Our service is available to homeowners, landlords, tenants, property managers and real estate professionals who need a clear, independent record of a property's visible condition.


Do you determine who is responsible for an issue?
No. We don't take sides or make legal determinations about fault, liability or responsibility. Our role is to objectively document what we can see and provide a professional record of our observations.

Can you arrange or complete work identified in the report?
